Logistics and Time Scheduled for Talks

At a given time, we plan to have an average attendance of 25-30 people at 
the workshop.  However, some of the participants may take part
either in the first or in the second week of the workshop (cca 5-10 persons
each week), resulting in cca 20 persons staying for two weeks, and cca 
10-20 persons staying for only one week. This would allow us to have a 
flexible schedule.

There should be 4 sessions of 1.5 hours each (45 minutes of presentation 
by one person plus 45 minutes discussion) per day, mondays through fridays,
adding up to a total of about  40 seminars. This would allow for each
participant to give one presentation which could be explained
and discussed in detail. The remaining sessions shall be in
some way reserved for summarizing the results of the discussions. Based on
previous experience we expect this to provide a lively and effective
workshop atmosphere.
